  While I was able to get in right away, the dentist refused to pull my broken tooth because I wasn't a regular patient. She cheerfully explained that the reason I was in so much pain was because the break was right on the nerve. (No pain meds but she did prescribe an antibiotic) She then told me she could pull it but needed a panoramic xray ($$$) before deciding. She told me the roots were straight and it wouldn't be a problem but she hadn't seen me before so she refused to pull it. Referred me to an oral surgeon, assistant and I waited while receptionist chatted on a personal call. I finally told them I would call myself. It's a 2 month wait. I sat in my car and cried! I finally found someone to pull the tooth but not for a few days. They also told me they sent my x-rays but the surgeon didn't receive them!

  I have had the best experiences here. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have never had to wait more than just a couple minutes before getting in. I have not been going here that long, but since I have I will not go anywhere else. All work that I have had done here was done with great care and attention. It is very nice to be able to feel comfortable while at the dentist!
